EXES is back to break your heart with their new song “Peckham”. This song is wonderfully energetic with lyrics that are filled with nostalgic sensitivity. It’s a time-traveler of a song that brings you back to the feeling of falling in love. Her voice is confidently gentle throughout with subtle vocal layers that build from moment to moment. The sound design in the production is full of awesome details that support the time-traveling lyrics, introducing quiet (romantic) acoustic guitar picking, vocal lines/layers, and atmospheric pads that arrive and exit from moment to moment. Overall, “Peckham” is another great song from EXES that, once again, brings us back.
