[PREMIERE] SWEETTOOTH: Not Your Puppet

It’s a pleasure to premiere the latest single by LA’s SWEETTOOTH, a multi-talented duo from Mt. Washington and South Pasadena, comprised of Mac Hill and Mccoy Kirgo. This is the first project by the duo, which is recorded and produced entirely on their own. They switch off playing the instruments throughout all their songs. On this track, Mac wrote the verse melody, and Mccoy wrote all the lyrics and chorus melody. Mccoy also played drums, bass and guitars on the track, and Mac played the Keys.

Mccoy had the following to say about this brand new exciting project:

I think we are both more than stoked on this project being a duo because it makes it so much more personal and we get to play everything and make it the way we want it to sound, exactly.

I think it’s safe to say these guys are onto something. Before you head off for the day, we must link you with the song we’ve been obsessed with from the beginning, their first single, “Let Go”.
