Swimm: Mind’s Eye

LA psych-pop duo, SWIMM, are long time friends of We Found New Music, having appeared on our podcast last year. The guys are back today with the vinyl release of their latest EP Beverly Hells and an exclusive track “Mind’s Eye”. The bonus tune is a warm, vintage gem that fits well with the rest of the record, although it takes a ride on the jammier side of things. “Mind’s Eye” definitely has that SoCal shimmer to it that made us originally fall in love with SWIMM, but there’s something a bit more 1970’s LA to it. No matter which decade it conjures up in your mind, it’s worth a spin…or 20!
