Labradoor: The Sleep

With sun kissed trop pop, south east Londoners Labradoor have come out of nowhere. And their debut single ‘The Sleep’ will provide you with your sunshine fix during these dark winter months.

Smooth pads and bouncy drums blend with west african guitars. American indie in the style of Mac Demarco and Real Estate also makes itself present.

Singer and guitarist Emil Brynge says this about the track:
“I wrote the lyrics after a long chat with a friend about the state of my hometown. The lyrics in contrast with the music’s lighter mood mirrors my hopefulness that it will work out eventually”.

Labradoor will release another single in January, and an EP in early 2016.
