The Quaranteens x Velvet Starlings

The Quaranteens are here with their debut track “Everyday’s A Friday Night” to remind us that good old fashioned rock n’ roll will get us through anything, even a pandemic.

The band is headed by Velvet Starlings front man Christian Gisborne and has a similar vintage rock inspired sound but with a modern and timely subject matter.

“Everyday’s A Friday Night” is about the boredom, weird melding of time, binge viewing and social isolation all conflicting with a desire to be young and enjoy the summer.

The Quaranteens remind us that even though we might feel alone, if we stay connected, we too can rock like The Rolling Stones in 1969.
