Jonny Stemp – We’ll Find Out

Sometimes, a song that you hear for the first time creates an emotion that is hard to prevail; similar to the feeling when you see your little brother cry when you leave at christmas to head home, the feeling when your lover tells you that they’re disappointed in you or the feeling when you lose your best friend for the second heart-shattering time and you just know it’s never going to be the same again.

You trust in these feelings to guide you, and help you discover your paths during lifes unfortunate warpath – they really do define you and what you do daily.

I heard this song, and I had a feeling similar; I reminisced about the mistakes I’ve made with people recently. With people from the past. With family i’ve let down. With friends i’ve upset. The encapsulation of emotion in this song is something that doesn’t come from being formulaic and understanding outstanding songwriting to near perfection… it comes from experience. And this song, I can safely say, is one of the most beautiful and stunning pieces of art I have ever listened.
First listen, great. Second listen, even greater. Third listen, goosebumps.

It goes on… Jonny Stemp is an undiscovered diamond in the rough. Hailing from England, and quite clearly writing songs that would be the defining peak in Ed Sheeran or Adele’s career, or would have extended the likes of Phil Collins or Joe Jackson’s career another decade, Jonny really has given birth to something special here. It’s a must listen. Forget what you heard before; I believe in this song and this guy.

I hope his success and discovery comes soon… this guy deserves it all.
