SHAED: Thunder

First time I have come across SHAED – a trio featuring two multi-instrumentalists Max and Spencer Ernst and vocalist Chelsea Lee. They had their debut single release called Just Wanna See which received international praise and comparisons to Florence & the Machine, Sia etc.

Personally: forget the comparisons. It’s the worst type of journalism (i’m guilty in this too!) – let’s just talk music.

Thunder, their second and latest single, is a storm of a track, hitting you with only an imaginative vision of what’s to come next and how this song would play out live. Fantastic pop songwriting, huge vocal delivery, sharp and bright productions – seems like US’s next big thing to me.

I’m so bored of other girl/boy collaborations (yes, I know…. haha) but this one is one i’ll be sticking around to listen to more of indefinitely.
