Bishop Briggs Interview

So excited to say that we had the opportunity to have a phone interview with the one and only Bishop Briggs! Her single, ‘River’, has been tearing up the charts including an impressive 20 million plays on Spotify. She has had an incredibly busy year, just having gotten off a recent tour with Kaleo. Bishop is an artist that is filled with so much heart and soul that you can feel the heaviness of each word as it thoughtfully yet freely pours out of her. She is dark with a purpose. A songstress with pipes akin to Florence Welch and deep guttural feeling like Brittany Howard of Alabama Shakes. Her sound is derived from an amalgamation of genres including gospel, blues, folk, rock and alternative. As of now, Bishop is working on releasing new music and will be performing at LA’s very own KROQ’s Almost Acoustic Christmas on December 11th.
