[PREMIERE] Ruuth – All About

German singer-songwriter, Ruuth, is stepping forward alongside LA-based artist, CRØW, with their vibey track new track “All About”. Alina Paulsen (Ruuth), is from a small island off the coast of Germany called Wyk auf Föhr, but she’s had a busy year of traveling & writing. Bouncing around Sweden, Norway, New York City, and Los Angeles, Ruuth has been collaborating around the world. “All About” is one of the results of her travels and was written in Los Angeles with Ariel Gumora (CRØW) & Nate Flaks (Sleeping Lion). The song is an intense build; CRØW’s production is atmospheric allowing Ruuth’s airy voice to soar with every memorable melody. CRØW is a clever producer and it shows in how well he builds the track up and breaks it down, respecting the dynamics, but never missing an opportunity to include interesting elements of sound design. The post-choruses are funky and engaging with a grooving synth bass and cascading vocal chops that highlight. Ruuth’s voice is so unique and delicate that the verses immediately feel personal. There’s an intensity to her innocence and the lyricism drives the track rhythmically while twisting the knife emotionally.
