[Premiere] X. ARI – Stay v Go (Music Video)

Toronto based singer-songwriter lets you in on her wild side in her fun new and charming new music video for “Stay V Go”, a fun and energetic track, that we have the pleasure of premiering today on WFNM.

Fresh off her new EP, Dis-Order, just released this past summer, this celebratory pop jam asks a rhetorical romantic proposal, served with a “take it or leave it” attitude.

X. ARI plays multiple characters in this video, showcasing her serious acting skills, and a beautiful illustration of the story of a confident person, not afraid to show you the crazy side. X. ARI is both a charming and empowering artist at the same time, using her art for good, being a voice and advocate for de-stigmatizing mental illness, and turning Pain into Power.

“Stay v Go is a confidence anthem about being vulnerable with love. Essentially it’s about putting yourself out there without knowing if the feeling is requited. There’s a lot of insecurity in the world and it’s sung from a place of healthy esteem and curiosity. The music video is a performance video with the focus being on the contrast of the stoic version of my personality against the goofy side of me. Essentially I am showing ‘if you want to stay you’ll see’ the crazy, the serious, and everything in between.”
