Aire Atlantica, TZAR – Things I Hate About U

In a collision of coasts, the NY- based producer Aire Atlantica teamed up with the LA-based artist TZAR to release their intensely powerful single “Things I Hate About U”. This track was the outcome of Aire Atlantica & TZAR’s first meeting in Los Angeles and it’s an ode to all the people who hinder rational thinking. The track has a gritty bite to it (like the best of Allison Wonderland and K. Flay) and the production keeps you on your toes with subtle surprises and changes around every corner. TZAR’s vocal stylings (influenced by her Bay Area background and Russian roots) is a sultry and biting. It’s an exciting collaboration and we can only hope that Aire Atlantica visits LA again soon to continue combining vibes from each coasts.

“This song was one of the first songs I wrote when I moved to LA after the new year. TZAR and I connected and we took this song from a basic idea to a full ride of emotions in such a small time – and TZAR’s songwriting and vocal performance was exactly what was needed to take the song to the next level.”
