Albert Kass – Shallow Sea

Albert Kass is back with his newest single, “Shallow Sea” that blew everyone away. A solo fingerpicked guitar track starts the song, soon accompanied by his deep and textured voice. This song is simple, but meaningful and moving catching the audience’s ear as the song goes on. The lyrics focus on the idea of loneliness and bearing a major loss in someone’s life, no matter what that is to the listener. The lone guitar in this song seems to parallel what Albert is discussing in his lyrics and allows the listener to feel his emotions, rather than trying to disguise it with fancy drum beats and guitars. This song is raw, inspiring, and deep, connecting the listener to Albert and hopefully finding comfort in his solemn lyrics. This is only Albert Kass’s third song, but I am excited for him to release more soon!
