Balance – Sleeping Lion & Miette Hope

Sleeping Lion’s latest release, “Balance”, brings them together with New York-based artist Miette Hope in a time of distancing.

A beautiful, airy ballad that sings of finding a happy medium in a shaky & unstable relationship, ‘Balance’ is the first single off Sleeping Lion’s upcoming record, ‘Different Plans’.

As always, the duo’s staple mix of current electronic sound & acoustic honesty takes the spotlight in this track; the captivating melody highlights the lilting voice of Miette Hope in it’s most memorable moments. In fact, the project is packed with some brilliant up & coming musicians – including Jacob Harelick (drums) & Scott Bell (trumpet), as well as mixing by Mike Panek (of Transviolet) and mastering by Eric Bard.

It would certainly be a challenge to find a song by Sleeping Lion that won’t stick in your head for days – they have yet to release one!
