Blame Candy – Life Like You

Philadelphia alt-rock/DIY artist, Blame Candy, has independently released their debut EP, appropriately titled “EP1”. The EP is led by the single “Life Like You,”. Blame Candy is a four-piece rock outfit that writes and produces all of its own music. The band’s inception dates to mid-2015, when frontman/guitarist Chris Greatti’s life went through dramatic changes that led him home to Philadelphia.

The four-track EP is led by the swinging and anthemic single, “Life Like You.” The song’s music video, directed by LA’s Titanic Sinclair (That Poppy, BØRNS, Knox Hamilton), is equal parts empowering and disturbing, and highlights the song’s compelling storyline, described by Greatti as “a message to people who go through life manipulating others for their own personal benefit with little to no concern or empathy for the resulting effects on the other person.” The video features transgender model Raquel Strange.
