The Brinks Performance + Interview

Alt-pop duo, The Brinks, is comprised of producer/songwriter/keyboardist Matt Friedman and Australian singer/guitarist/songwriter, Scott Mellis. The band released their debut EP, “Temporary Love” this past December on Louder Than Life/Sony Music Ent. The EP was A&R’d by Salaam Remi (Amy Winehouse, Alicia Keys) and has received support from artists such as, Pharell Williams. Their title track ‘Temporary Love’ has been featured on Spotify’s top playlists such as New Music Friday, Pop Chillout, Ultimate Indie, The Indie Mix and has even been ranked #3 on Hype Machine’s ‘Popular Chart’.
