Cappa – Sux

Cappa is back with with her new single “Sux” and it’s awesome from start to finish! Opening with sparse production, Cappa’s voice comes in clear and nonchalant with biting, relatable, and clever lyricism. It’s conversational and tightly written, perfectly highlighting Cappa’s strengths as both a writer and performer.

The track builds around her crisp vocals growing towards a powerful and rhythmic chorus that’s both fun and dark. It all blends together in a really cool way killer moments and a non-stop groove (my favorite moment is how the production rises to meet her vocals on “everybody else sux”).

Another impressive single from Cappa and I can’t wait to hear what comes next from this rising artist!
