joan – love me better

joan are Alan Benjamin Thomas and Steven Rutherford. We have been long time fans of the band, and have played them on our radio show since the very first single. 2019 was a landmark year for the guys, their debut EP, portra, came out. The guys spent much of the year on the road with major US and international tours supporting the likes of The Aces, Flor, MisterWives, COIN, Bloc Party and Jeremy Zucker. In early 2020 the band played to sold out crowds including adding additional shows in our hometown of LA, to accommodate ticket demand! Congrats to the guys on signing to Photo Finish Records, an independent label who has also signed Marian Hill, MisterWives, and The Mowgli’s.
