Kennedy Bane Unveils “Too Late” Ahead of Her Debut EP

Kennedy Bane is building anticipation for her debut EP with the release of her single “Too Late.”

The track follows the single “Miss Me,” which brought the singer-songwriter national attention on SiriusXM Hits 1’s HitBound channel with Mikey Piff. Produced by Bryan Todd, the track positioned her as a rising voice in pop, earning comparisons to Billie Eilish and Tate McRae since her debut in 2024.

“Too Late,” also produced by Todd, explores the end of a relationship weighed down by disappointment and broken trust. Kennedy describes it as a turning point, a moment of choosing to walk away and move forward. The production highlights her voice, keeping the arrangement steady and restrained while reflecting the weight of the subject.

It expands on her style of blending intimate songwriting with melodies that remain accessible. Rather than relying on gimmicks, the track leaves room for the lyrics and vocals to take the spotlight. This keeps the story at the core and lets the song unfold compellingly.

Since her debut, Kennedy has stayed true to her songwriting-driven approach, leaning into her strengths to shape her music. Her songs aim straight for the heart, steering clear of overproduction and unnecessary embellishments, qualities that make her work stand out.

With “Too Late,” Kennedy Bane offers a glimpse of the emotional depth and authenticity that define her debut EP. It’s a record built on personal stories, nuanced performances, and melodies that linger long after the song ends.
