Lola Blanc – Angry Too

Lola Blanc starts off her career as a songwriter (Credits: ‘Ooh La La’ for Britney Spears). Her previous two singles have reached 1 million streams each on YouTube.

‘Angry Too’ marks Blanc’s long-awaited return. The track sends a spine-chilling vibe as the melodies intensify. The haunting lyrics express Lola’s frustration in a world where women are often being objectified and harassed. In addition to that, Lola also skillfully describes the fear, confusion and the complexity inside the minds of sexual assault victims and survivors.

The track left us an unsettling message. That challenges us to be more outspoken about sexual assaults as a way to spread awareness (#MeToo movement), in hopes of ending them going forward.
