For the past three-plus years, Austin’s Lonely Child has been hidden away behind the glass, co-producing standout records for artists as diverse as the fast-rising Mobley to indie-folk internet sensation Marian Call. His latest, “Blunt Kyst”, shows a newly assured artist in complete control of his powers, effortlessly threading his vast influences into something uniquely his own: utterly new yet strangely familiar.
