Midoca: Never Coming Down ft. Lostboycrow

Midoca and Lostboycrow are two of my favorite artists. They also just so happen to be two of the nicest people I’ve met. I ran into both of them about a month ago when Midoca mentioned that this song was coming out soon and I really couldn’t wait.

There are two parts to all of us: the darkness and the light. Midoca is the darkness and Lostboycrow is the light and combining these two bring that perfect blend you didn’t think would be possible. After a shadowy first verse, the pre-chorus picks up with a playful pop melody and intriguing lyrics:

“Oceans in my mind and I’m crossing your body
Stars are in your eyes and they’re saying you want me…”

Those buttery vocals from Lostboycrow sail smoothly (across your body) into a crooning electro beat and the perfect dark-pop chorus. It’s an atmospheric anthem. It makes me feel something and I’m not sure what it is, but it’s real and that excites me.

So once again, Midoca brings it. Everything he puts out is something you need to listen to; it’s the music you never thought you would need until you heard it.
