[PREMIERE] Trickster Guru: Feel the Spirit

Trickster Guru was introduced to Los Angeles by KCRW when Chris Douridas debuted “Feel the Spirit” on air in November. The dark psychedelic rock and electronic project is fronted by LA based singer/songwriter and producer Christopher Caplan. “Feel the Spirit” is a groovy throwback with an organ rich, Motown vibe about a group of teenagers who are killed in a car accident while drinking and driving on a Saturday night, but continue their evening in the afterlife. The track was the first of two songs released in a collection called ACT I: THE PROBLEM CHILD. Today, We Found New Music is the first blog to premiere Trickster Guru.

Trickster Guru is performing at King King on December 16th and preparing to release more collections of songs as ACTS II & III in early 2016. His upcoming releases will include more collaborations with an upcoming alternative electronic producer named AWAY.
