Rationale: Something for Nothing

London-based Rationale released his latest track “Something for Nothing” last week, just four months after his Fuel to the Fire EP. Chorus-laden guitar chords and funky monophonic synth lines bring this disco groove to life.

“Something for Nothing” is unequivocally a love song, touching on the deep desire to be that special someone who will be there for you no matter the circumstance. Rationale draws from personal experience, as he is quoted as saying, “‘Something for Nothing’ is a groove based disco tinged love song written about someone I know.”

Listening through his Fuel to the Fire EP and after hearing this new release, Rationale is primed to be a 2016 London Artist to Watch.
