Rosie Tucker – Gay Bar

Rosie Tucker’s “Gay Bar” is absolutely awesome indie rock at its finest. Their vocals are somewhere between playful and nonchalant; effortlessly cool and exuding it with clever lyricism and a slamming rhythm section.

To paraphrase the opening line: If you told me one of my favorite songs of the new year would be from Rosie Tucker, I would’ve said “that seems right”.
