Rotana – demo love series EP

Rotana has just released her EP “demo love series”, a collection of vulnerable stripped-back love songs. This EP is special; each song cuts through with authenticity, delivered by Rotana’s pure & singular vocal performances. Putting out a record like this is courageous and Rotana owns each song with an effortless confidence in her rawness.

Each song on the EP is accompanied by a lo-fi animation Rotana created. She wears the same gold locket throughout the series (as pictured in the EP art as well), it is of scripture from the Quran. The locket follows Rotana wherever she goes as a reminder that we can play and discover new grounds while not forgetting where we came from.
