I recorded ‘Right Back’ the day before I was moving home from Serbia. I had already dismantled my vocal booth, so I put the mic on my desk, recorded multiple takes of the vocal from various points around my room, and layered them together. Coupled with some effects, this became what is now my signature vocal sound.
