Adam Miko – Stranger

Adam Miko is here with his vibey & powerful debut “Stranger”. This track starts off softly, with very atmospheric production supporting Adam’s airy vocal style. The writing is tight, setting up melodic ideas early and playing with rhythm/space in a way that moves the song forward with a quiet intensity. The chorus gets stuck in your head immediately and the hook line is direct & relatable. The overall vibe is reminiscent of early Halsey in the sense that it’s well-crafted pop with a darker mood.

Many talented people came together to work on this song as well: Dean Palya produced the track, Kim Katz (“IDGAF” by Dua Lipa, Life of Pablo by Kanye West) was the vocal engineer, Johannes Raassina (Miike Snow, Justin Bieber) mixed it, and Chris Gehringer (Anti by Rihanna, Hopeless Fountain Kingdom by Halsey) mastered it. After years on the business-side of the music industry, Adam Miko is ready to step into the world of artistry and “Stranger” is an exciting first step for this new LA-based artist.
