Sun Drug: Easy In Your Attitude
Using an XBox Kinect and a DSLR and stitched together using the RGDBToolkit director Brian Randall captured Sun Drug’s experimental new sound for their song ‘ Easy In Your Attitude,’ off the forth coming Sun Drug EP due out on June 26. The atmospheric guitars and razor sharp electronics weave in and out with agitated ease creating an expansive sound. Creating the EP for Sun Drug was a long trial of self-investment. The four musicians who comprise Sun Drug, went back to basics with the recording of this EP. Under the spiritual guidance and tutelage of Rocco DeLuca, Sun Drug relearned how to make music. Under DeLuca’s guidance the band was re-discovered on the simple revelation that music should be recorded and mixed the way it’s played live.
