THE CITIE at The Hi-Hat on 10/9

The Citie is performing on our weekly showcase at The Hi-Hat on Wednesday, Oct. 9th, 2019 alongside Trapdoor Social, Cheridomingo, and Wesley!

It’s gonna be an out-of-this-world show as this eccentric trio takes the stage to deliver their fun, dreamy, and colorful jams!

They recently released their single “Sad Eyes”, which opens with a pulsing de-tuned keyboard, bright guitars, thumping drums, and a grooving bassline! It moves with an awesome vibe, the vocals amping up towards a chorus that immediately feels familiar and memorable.

It’ll be a fun song to see live and I can imagine the room erupting in the chorus, feeding off The Citie’s infectious energy!

Likewise, they released their EP “<3 Me” earlier this year highlighting their distinctively easy-going sound and passionately energetic vocals. Opening with “Let Me (Love You in the Back of the Car)” that moves with a cool laid-back vibes and closing with “People Talk” that grooves with a twangy acoustic guitar and soft vocals, the record as a whole has something for anyone looking to clear their mind and drift away.
