The Dead South – Diamond Ring

The Dead South is back with their awesome new single “Diamond Ring”. Brooding with a dark energy and crooning vocals, the energy builds gradually with a killer intensity. The harmonies in the chorus are layered with a heartfelt power that pushes everything along.

Towards the end the song breaks and switches into 5/4 time and it’s an fantastic way to conclude the song!

I first heard/met The Dead South while hitchhiking through Squamish, Canada in 2013 and it’s really amazing to see how far they’ve come since then!
