The Moss do their thing with indie rock banger “Your Way”
The Moss continue their steady rise in the indie-alt scene with “Your Way,” an effortlessly infectious single that captures both their sonic charm and philosophical core. The track is off of their highly anticipated album Big Blue Moon out April 24th. The band is also hitting the road with a massive US tour this spring.
“Your Way” delivers a message of how important it is in life to live the way you want to. Frontman Tyke James shares, ” ‘Your Way’ is about how everyone has certain ideas on how life should be lived but they’re all just ideas, and you shouldn’t listen to everything people tell you.” The song’s central theme is to push back against societal expectations while encouraging listeners to carve their own path.
Musically, “Your Way” features steady drums, passionate soul-drenched vocals and unique acoustic guitar riffs that give the song a special groove. Tyke James delivery is enticing and engaging, making the song a standout.
Having already amassed tens of millions of streams and recognition as a rising act to watch, The Moss prove here that they’re more than just buzz, they’re building a lasting presence. If “Your Way” is any indication, Big Blue Moon is shaping up to be a defining moment for the band.
