WFNM Roundup #24 – Spendtime Palace, DallasK, GRANT, SAINT PHNX

Spendtime Palace’s new single “Blackout Control” is mellow rock at its finest. From start to finish it moves with a killer groove, nostalgic energy, and a drowsy croon that cuts through shimmering drums. This is a song for long coastal drives and airplane window seats!

DallasK just put out a remix package for his song “Looking For Your Love” featuring remixes by Dark Heart, Rowland Evans, and Starguide99. Each remix brings a unique energy to the powerful single and cross electronic subgenres in a way that give this song versatility on a number of different style mixes. Looking forward to hearing what comes next from DallasK.

GRANT’s cover of Tove Stryke’s “Changed My Mind” is a powerful reimagining of the original that highlights the unique vocal qualities that make GRANT so special. From start to finish, minimal production support GRANT’s frantic-yet-delicate vocals in a really incredible way. GRANT will be going on tour with Tove Stryke this winter for her Scandinavian tour!

“Deadmen”/”Death of Me” are dual release from SAINT PHNX and each vibe with a powerful pop-folk energy. The sound design is awesome in these songs; organic, gritty, heavy, and practically tribal! The vocals are intense, yet expertly controlled swelling with careful and bone-chilling dynamics. SAIN PHNX is a really cool duo and these two songs are a great introduction to their exciting sound!
