YVR – Out of It

“Out of It” is the latest track from LA-based pop duo YVR. The track, co written with Jesse Carmichael of Maroon 5, is a catchy pop confection with clever lyricism and earworm melodies all amounting to the intelligent pop perfection that is YVR’s hallmark.  Singer Courtney Jenaé’s dynamic vocals really up the ante of the track and are well complimented by BUDDRO’s well flushed out and layered production. According to the band, the track is about the “insecurity and frustration we experience when someone refuses to tell us what is really going on in their mind and their heart. It’s easy to assume the worst when in reality that other person is maybe just a little ‘out of it.’” Be sure to stream “Out of It” out now.
